Tariff & Shipping Explanation 

 

At DovEggs, we’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience when it comes to receiving your fine jewelry. Here's everything you need to know about our updated shipping process and tariff policy:


1. We Cover 100% of Your Tariffs


Thanks to our new process, you don’t need to worry about customs fees or import duties—we fully cover all tariffs for our U.S. customers.


2. Seamless Tariff Clearance (Processing Time)


Due to recent changes in U.S. tariff policy, we’ve updated our shipping route. To cover the tariff on your behalf, we clear customs before your jewelry arrives in the U.S. This step is called Processing Time and can take up to 5 business days.

During this time, you won't receive any shipping updates—please be patient while we take care of everything behind the scenes.


3. Shipping Notification & Delivery


Once your jewelry has cleared and reaches our U.S. warehouse, you’ll receive a UPS or FedEx tracking email. From there, delivery typically takes around 3 business days.


4. Estimated Turnaround Time


From order to delivery, please expect a total timeline of approximately 7–9 business days. This may vary depending on the exact processing time.


5. You're Fully Protected


In the rare event that something happens due to tariff clearance, we will cover any loss—your order is protected.

Please Note: This change currently applies to U.S. orders only in response to the new U.S. tariff policy.

For customers in other countries, shipping remains unchanged via DHL Express (approx. 3 business days).

Our U.S. shipping process may adjust again in the future depending on further changes in tariff regulations.
