Tariff & Shipping Explanation 

 

At DovEggs, we’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience when it comes to receiving your fine jewelry. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process and tariff policy:

DHL Express Shipping(around 3 Business Days)

$15 flat shipping fee

Customs Duties fully covered by DovEggs

The option is available at checkout for those who prefer faster, smoother, and worry-free delivery. We recommend choosing DHL Express for the best experience, especially if your order is time-sensitive.

Standard Shipping 

Processing Time + Shipping Time

To cover the tariff on your behalf, we clear customs before your jewelry arrives in the U.S. This step is called Processing Time and can take up to 5 business days.

During this time, you won't receive any shipping updates—please be patient while we take care of everything behind the scenes.

Once your jewelry has cleared and reaches our U.S. warehouse, you’ll receive a UPS or FedEx tracking email. From there, delivery typically takes around 3 business days.

From order to delivery, please expect a total timeline of approximately 7–9 business days. This may vary depending on the exact processing time.

You're Fully Protected

In the rare event that something happens due to tariff clearance, we will cover any loss—your order is protected.
