Most items will ship out within 7 business days of ordering (weekends and holidays not included).

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (at no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

If you would like to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

International ( other than US)

- Free shipping globally for order above $500

- Order between $200 - $500, The shipping cost will be $ 9;

- Order below $200, The shipping cost will be $19.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid physical shipping address while placing the order.
