All our moissanite stones are selected with clarity vs1-vvs1 and with diamond cut from very good to excellent.

This product will need a processing time (7-10 business days). We will send you the finished jewelry's pictures for you to review via your email that you provided when you placed your order before shipping the fine jewelry out to you. The jewelry will be sent out within 5 business days after we receive your approval for the provided pictures. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.（There may be a slight delay in shipping and processing during the holiday season).

Warranty & Maintainance

All of our fine jewelry comes with a limited lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace the item at no charge if the problem is directly related to a manufacturing defect. This applies for settings within 12 months of purchase and for life for lab diamonds and moissanite stones.
This lifetime warranty covers optical properties of the moissanite stone, including brilliance and fire, and the physical integrity of the moissanite stone. It does not cover damage or defects as a result of or related to wear and tear, accidents, abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your moissanite gems or jewelry piece.
Items purchased directly from doveggs-seattle.com will receive a free shipping label within the first 90 days of purchase. We will not cover the shipping costs beyond 90 days after receiving it.

Size Measurement (for rings)

You may worry that your ring may arrive and be too big or too small, and that you have to return your ring and have it sent back to you later so that it can be resized. Here at DovEggs, we want to make your purchase as easy as possible. You can simply purchase our $0.99 measurement tool before purchasing your ring. We will ship the tool from our US warehouse.You will receive it within 1 - 5 business days after ordering the sizer. The measurement tool's shipping is free.
