A SEMI-MOUNT ONLY, with mounted INNER HALO ONLY using Lab Grown Diamonds, without the 14 OUTER HALO accent STONES at 4.5 mm each. I have already purchased my own center stone and my own 14 round calibrated lab grown diamonds at 4.5 mm a piece to add to the outer halo. I simply need you to design this semi mount to fit 14 round lab grown diamonds around the halo at 4.5 mm each in 14K solid white gold, with and inner halo set with lab grown diamonds.

Also, this semi mount should be designed to set 14 Round Lab Grown Diamonds around the OUTER Halo at 4.5 mm each.
