• Please note, we would love to be absolutely responsible for our brand and make sure you are 120% satisfied, even if you are outside of the normal 30 day return period. Please know that you are welcome to contact us if you need help or have any issues, even if your issue occurs after the 30 day return period.

• All of our fine jewelry comes with a limited lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace the item at no charge if the problem is directly related to a manufacturing defect. This applies for settings within 12 months of purchase and for life for lab diamonds and moissanite stones.

• This lifetime warranty covers optical properties of the moissanite stone, including brilliance and fire, and the physical integrity of the moissanite stone. It does not cover damage or defects as a result of or related to wear and tear, accidents, abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your moissanite gems or jewelry piece.

• Items purchased directly from doveggs-seattle.com will receive a free shipping label within the first 90 days of purchase. We will not cover the shipping costs beyond 90 days after receiving it.

You may worry that your ring may arrive and be too big or too small, and that you have to return your ring and have it sent back to you later so that it can be resized.
