Made to order

Every DovEggs piece is made to order. Gold and platinum jewelry takes 7–10 business days to make after you approve the CAD. Sterling silver takes about 15 business days (longer around holidays). We email you pictures of the finished piece before we ship it.

United States

• Shipping fee: $19 per order.
• Delivery: about 5–7 business days after your piece is finished. This includes customs clearance, which DovEggs handles — and DovEggs pays all US tariffs for you.
• We cannot ship directly to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You can give us another physical address, or we can ship to our US partner warehouse and forward your order to your P.O. Box via USPS.

International

• DHL Express, about 4–6 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over $500 · $9 for orders $300–$500 · $19 for orders under $300.
• Import taxes and customs duties of the destination country are paid by the customer.

Lost packages

Please report a missing package within 30 days of the delivery date. If the package is confirmed lost, we will help you remake the jewelry.
