• DovEggs aims to provide only jewelry that will last forever. This applies for both our stones and workmanship. Since we believe the cut of a stone could be the dominating factor of brilliance index for both moissanite and diamonds, we take selection seriously and only use at least "good" or "very good" cut stones.

• Our k gold and platinum jewelry selections are customizable and insured to be genuine k gold and platinum. They have exceptional purity and near perfect, well crafted details. Our sterling silver selection is of the highest quality, with a special patented treatment, and is almost as enduring as 14k white gold.

• Please note, we would love to be absolutely responsible for our brand and make sure you are 120% satisfied, even if you are outside of the normal 30 day return period. Please know that you are welcome to contact us if you need help or have any issues, even if your issue occurs after the 30 day return period.

Jewelry is personal. Even the best jewelry designer may not be able to design something that compares to something special and personal you may have in mind as a design for yourself. Here at DovEggs, we offer the best customization process with you in mind. You may only have a picture of your design idea, or possibly only stories that you would like the jewelry to tell. No matter how little or plentiful the ideas you may have, our customization team will help convert what is in your mind and heart into something tangible in the perfect way.
