1. We'll send you stone videos based on your preferred 4C specifications within 48 hours. If a suitable stone is unavailable, we'll provide a full refund.
2. Once you choose your preferred stone, we'll ship it from our lab to our factory (shipping takes 3-5 business days).
3. Upon arrival at our factory, we'll send you a natural light video of the stone both on hand and with tweezers for your final confirmation. If you're unsatisfied, you may cancel the order with a full refund.
4. If you're happy with the stone, you can proceed with the semi-mount creation or request that the stone be sent directly to you.
5.The "DE" category means we will select a stone from color grades E, D, or F (corresponding to "ED". You may also request a specific grade from these three; however, availability may vary, and our primary focus will remain on providing the best quality stones possible.
