Q1. I only have P.O. Boxes or APO?
we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the DHL and UPS shipping methods we use, which require a physical address for delivery. We have below suggestions: Option A:You can change the detailed address to another non-PO Box address. Option B:We can ship the finished goods to our US partner warehouse and then forward them to the PO Box address via USPS.
Q2. Are lab diamond clearance items returnable?
The Clearance collection items are generally non-returnable. For any further requests or assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at inquiry@doveggs-seattle.com. Our customer service team will be happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
Q3. Can group orders be returned?
Yes, group orders can be returned under Doveggs' return policy. However, please note that items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Custom designed jewelry and items with engraving will be charged a 15% restocking fee for return. It's important to initiate the return within 30 days for a refund or resize. Q4. How long do gold rings take to ship after being ordered?
For gold rings ordered from Doveggs, the process involves a few steps: 1. Processing Time: If the gold ring requires customization or is not an "Instant Ship" item, the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is usually sent for your approval within 72 hours after you place the order. It typically takes 7-10 business days to make your jewelry after the CAD is confirmed by you. 2. Shipping Time: After processing, shipping within the US takes 5-7 business days to arrive. So, you can expect your gold ring to arrive around 2-3 weeks after placing the order, depending on the customization and processing time. Q5. I spoke with UPS and they have deemed the package as lost.What's should I do?
I'm sorry to hear that UPS has deemed your package as lost. Given this situation, we will proceed with the next steps to address this issue. If the package is confirmed lost by UPS by our investigation, we will help you remake the jewelry as per our policy for lost packages. Please allow us some time to process this for you. Q6. Do you ship to Canada?The shipping page does not list Canada as an option to ship to.?

Q9. Can I exchange or return an item after 30 days?
Yes, exchanges and returns are available beyond 30 days; however, a restocking fee will apply. • For exchanges: A restocking fee of 15%-30% will be charged. • For refunds: A restocking fee of 30%-50% will apply. Our standard return and exchange policy lasts 30 days, but if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, you can still request an exchange or return with the applicable restocking fee. However, if your moissanite appears cloudy, it could be due to a few reasons: 1. Surface Residue: Oils from skin, soap, or other substances can accumulate on the surface, reducing its sparkle. A thorough cleaning often restores its original clarity. 2. Manufacturing Quality: While rare, manufacturing variations can affect clarity. Doveggs ensures each stone meets high clarity standards, typically offering moissanite of VS1-VVS1 clarity. 3. Wear and Tear: Although moissanite is highly durable, rated close to diamonds on the Mohs hardness scale, it can still accumulate microscopic surface scratches over time, which might affect its appearance. Q14. I have my stone. It is not from DovEggs, can i order a bezel setting? or I want to set my stone into DovEggs setting,how can I do?
If you are considering buying a bezel setting and plan to purchase the stone separately, we highly recommend having the stone with the bezel setting during the manufacturing process. Setting them separately may result in an imperfect fit or finish on the bezel part. To ensure the best possible outcome, we strongly suggest following our recommendation to have your bezel setting and stone perfectly matched and set together professionally. This will guarantee the highest quality and satisfaction with your purchase.
Q15. How small can I order zambia emerald?
For colored gemstone accent stones, please email our customer service at inquiry@doveggs-seattle.com with the desired shape, and they will confirm which sizes are available for you to order.
Q16. I need to change my order?

Q18. If I want 14k gold over silver how do I order that?

Q20. How to change the small accents?
The exchange at our Seattle repair service center is only limited to center stone. According to our policy, we will not assist in changing the small accent stones. But you can contact us by email inquiry@doveggs-seattle.com for more information.
Q21. I have a ring.I want to replace a larger or smaller center stone.Is it possible?
Generally, the specification of the replacement stone must match the size of the main stone in the ring. If you want to replace the main stone with a larger or smaller one, the ring usually needs to be custom-made again. The public discount code cannot stack with the birthday code, but it can stack with the reward code if the amount after applying the public discount code is still above $300.

Q29. Why are the rings cheaper on Amazon then ur website?
Although they are the same design, we support customization services on our website. We can match different main stones, make some small changes according to your preferences, and provide complete customization services, such as sending stone videos for your confirmation, and sending product pictures or videos for your confirmation before shipment. However, Amazon's products are all finished products in stock, and they will be shipped directly to you after you place an order.
Q30. How do i get the 20% off code for first time buyers?
We want to correct that the current first timer code is 10% off,not 20% off. To receive a 10% off code as a first-time buyer at Doveggs, you should register a Doveggs account. Q32. Why is 18k solid gold is cheaper than 14k?
Typically, 18k gold is not cheaper than 14k gold. The price of gold jewelry depends on several factors including the purity of the gold, where 18k gold has a higher gold content (75%) compared to 14k gold (58.3%). This higher gold content usually makes 18k gold more expensive. Q33. Can i have CAD before i place the order? or If I want a CAD before placing order?
Unfortunately, we don't do free CAD before payment because our CAD is detailed with measurements and usually customers need adjustments before approval for making. The procedure is part of custom and labor & time consuming. Also, we have paid customers waiting for CADs , offering Free CAD couldn't balance the customers that have paid. However, you can cancel with full refund before making it if the CAD doesn't end up as you preferred.
Q34. Can i add the engravings? If it will need extra cost before shipment?
Yes, you can add engravings to your jewelry before shipment. Engraving allows for a personalized touch, making your piece unique. There will not additional cost for this service before shipment, which depends on the complexity and length of the message you wish to engrave. Sure, if you are looking for a semi-mount for your doveggs loose stone, here is the link: link You could also custom a new semi-mount if there is nothing you like on our current designs from here: link, Please note that Doveggs has discontinued offering semi-mount services for lab diamonds that are not provided by Doveggs. This decision was made due to the high risk associated with creating semi-mounts for lab diamonds, including potential issues with improper fit and warranty complications. Please note that Doveggs will not be responsible for any non-Doveggs lab diamond stones used in previous semi-mount projects should future defects occur for any reason. Our warranty only covers accent stones supplied by Doveggs and the semi-mounts we have created.
Q52. If my stone is not from DovEggs, can we send the stone to you for mounting? or Do you set stones if I already have my own diamond?
We can set your provided moissanite or gem stone in a DovEggs setting. However, for the integrity of our work, we do not set customer-provided lab-grown or natural diamonds. This policy is to ensure the security and quality of the final piece.
