What can you make?
Everything is made to order — any shape, color and metal you ask for: sterling silver (double-layer platinum plated), solid 10k, 14k or 18k gold in white, yellow or rose, and solid platinum. A reference photo is used for style only; we follow the options you choose.
How long does it take?
Your first CAD drawing is usually ready 2–3 business days after you place your order. After you approve it, production takes about 7–10 business days in gold or platinum and about 15 in sterling silver. Shipping by DHL or FedEx takes about 5–7 days.
Why is my price a range?
The estimate is a quick guide. Your exact price depends on the final design details, so our team confirms it in your free quote.
Can I make changes to my design?
Yes — after you order, CAD revisions are free while we design your piece. After you approve the final design, we can still change the ring size and engraving. Changing the style, metal or core size after approval may mean starting the order again.
Can I return a custom piece?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, unworn and in original condition. Custom-designed and engraved pieces have a 15% restocking fee. Within 30 days you also get one free resize and one exchange (a resized or exchanged piece can't be returned). US returns come with a free prepaid label. Full return policy
Can I cancel?
Cancel before production starts for a full refund. Once production has started, a 10% cancellation fee applies.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, every piece comes with our limited lifetime warranty.
Will my price change if gold prices move?
Not for normal day-to-day movement. Only if precious-metal prices shift by 5% or more from your quote date may we send a revised quote — always before anything changes. Custom jewelry policy
Inspired by another brand's design?
If your design is inspired by a copyrighted piece, we suggest changing at least 3 obvious details. DovEggs is not responsible for copyright issues related to custom designs.
