Shipping Policy
PROCESSING:
Items labeled as “Instant ship” we will ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. The weekends and holidays are not included for this Instant ship option. We will advise you if an item in your order is unavailable for immediate shipment and we will notify you when the item is available for shipping. All jewelry orders will require a delay of 1 to 2 weeks for shipment. This is due to a required production time of 1 to 2 weeks. We will send you pictures of the finished jewelry products by email for your review before we ship them to you.
lf multiple items are ordered in a single transaction, we will ship them all together in one package.
SHIPPING STATUS:
Simply log into your account and click “My Orders” to view your order status. Please submit a ticket to us within 30 days of the shipment date, if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative will contact you within 24 hours. Note: We will not accept overdue requests. Click here to learn more about tracking orders.

International Shipping Only:
- Free shipping internationally for orders above $500.00
- International Orders valued from $300-$500 will incur a $9.00 shipping charge; International Orders below $300 will incur a $19.00 shipping charge.
Non-Shippable Addresses:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses currently. Please provide us with a detailed and valid physical shipping address at the time of placing your orders.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Please take note that all shipping times are estimated and may take longer during peak seasons or due to incorrect shipping addresses.
International Shipping Fees:
We do not pay for import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country, nore when international return causing customs duties.
If a signature hasn't captured ( during Covid ) caused a lost in shipping, DovEggs will isse the full refund in GC.

Items labeled for Instant shipment will ship either directly from our US warehouse or from our factory located in China, and they will arrive within 5 business days of being shipped. For US orders, delivery typically takes 7-9 business days after completion (includes processing + transit time).

International Shipping
We use DHL 3 day express delivery for shipments to the CANADA,MEXICO, and EUROPE. Currently, US shipments are handled by USPS/UPS (see update above)
We may use other carriers for shipments to countries besides the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Shipping times vary depending on which carrier we use.
Package Lost
We will investigate the case, locate the tracer on delivery truck and contact local authority ( police department) if a lost case happened.
Package loss needs to be filed within 30 days after delivery, according to our carrier, delivery after 30 days of delivery will not be able to open a claim or issue a refund.
We will help you remake the jewelry if the investigation shows " lost". We will not be able to help further if the investigation shows" delivered".

FREE 30-DAY RETURN
Here at Doveggs we are happy to extend to you a 30-day refund or resize policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange, resize or full refund. We take pride that our jewelry is produced with exceptional standards!
Please note that the exchange for a stone is only limited to center stone rather than including small accents change.
Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified or resized; items that have previously been exchanged.
Besides,items with engraved and and custom designed jewelry will be charge a 15% restocking fee for return.
If a piece is returned for a refund or canceled during production, your next purchase will qualify for exchange. Alterations to orders currently in process void the complimentary resize, return and exchange policies. If you have a special request for a later delivery date, our 30-day return/exchange/resize period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship. Similarly, if you plan on picking up your ring from our showroom, our 30-day return/exchange/resize period begins on the date that your order is available for pick up.
Returns will not be accepted after the 30 days no hassle return window. Our resizing service is still applicable within 30 days after receiving your product. However, the resizing process may add to the probability of stones falling out, and therefore we would not cover the guarantee of replacing missing stones after the resizing processes. Resized item can not be returned under any circumstances. We do not provide exchange services beyond the 30 day no hassle return window if the item has been resized. An item can not be revised after the start of the customization process. If you need to exchange for a new style, a minimum of $150 would be required to cover our basic fee.
Please note only one free resize & one exchange accepted during the 30 days no hassle return window and for made to order pieces.
When the gemstone and setting are ordered together, the return policy will be applied separately to each order, based on the original method of ordering.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER:
- Go to the page "Start a return or exchange" which is under the Customer Care for your free prepaid return shipping label (Return shipping label provided to US customers only). If the return is from outside of United States, you will need to return the package yourself and we will cover up to $30 (US dollars) in return cost.
- Packing your order: For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all gemstone certificates (a replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise). For resizes, do not include original certificates and accompanying materials. For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds, Moissanite or other related words anywhere on the package.
- Shipment and Insurance: For the insurance to be valid with the use of your prepaid label, you must "double box" your shipment and follow these instructions. Enclose your item inside its original ring/jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order. Place the ring/jewelry box inside the medium box. Place the medium box inside the larger box. If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small box and seal it. Place the small box inside a medium box. Affix the label to the outside of the larger box and drop it off at your nearest staffed shipping location. DovEgg and the shipper are not responsible for packages dropped off in drop Boxes or Non-staffed locations. Obtain a receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped - this receipt will act as proof of insurance.
- If you decide to use a different shipping method than the one, we have specified you can ship it back by any carrier. For your protection, please ship your item fully insured, signature required, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us at DovEgg. DovEgg is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
REFUND PROCESS:
After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 7-14 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase, or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash or certain other payments requiring special processing. International bank wire purchases will be refunded in USD according to the exchange rate at time of purchase. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear.
Packages without a return shipping authorization number or packages that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund and are subject to a minimum restocking charge of $50. Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. If your return shipping authorization has expired, please contact us at inquiry@doveggs-seattle.com to request another return shipping authorization. All requests for refunds must be in writing via email. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.
RESTOCKING FEE:
Customization order,which include,new designed jewelry inspire from customer,original design jewelry from DovEggs with engraving will be charge a 15% restocking fee for return.
Cancellation
DovEggs accept cancellation before making the ring. Cancellation after making start will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
Please Note: The policy applies to all k gold jewelry that is ordered directly from https://www.doveggs-seattle.com/. Our Silver collections do not apply to this policy. Return policies from Amazon store may vary subject to their specific platform policies. All replacement items are not subject to the return and 30 days free maintenance policy.
