The stone will be held for shipping by default, awaiting your decision on the semi-mount. Once you have made your decision, please email us at inquiry@doveggs-seattle.com. If you would like us to ship the stone directly, kindly let us know via email as well.
Here are the steps of your stone order:
1. We will ship it from our lab to our factory (shipping takes 3-5 business days).
2. Upon arrival at our factory, we'll send you a natural light video of the stone both on hand and with tweezers for your final confirmation. If you're unsatisfied, you may cancel the order with a full refund.
3. If you're happy with the stone, you can proceed with the semi-mount creation or request that the stone be sent directly to you.

●We provide dual certification for insurance or heirloom purposes globally. NAGL, a third-party laboratory in Bellevue WA,USA, provides certificates signed by GlA gemologists. Please note that NAGL is independent, and they do not manage individual customer service for DovEggs clients. lf you contact NAGL directly, you'll be considered an individual customer and charged accordingly. Be aware that 4C assessments may vary slightly between agencies due to differing standards and machinery, but all are regarded as accurate.
●Kindly note that if choose dual certification, your diamond will undergo testing and certification at NAGL before being dispatched to you. The expected turnaround time is approximately 13 business days, with extended duration during holidays.
